  Our sales rep Chris was great. He explained in detail everything we wanted to know and seemed to be a genuine person who happens to be in sales. Where it all fell apart was their inside team who manages projects and scheduling. The measuring person did not show up on the scheduled date. Instead he showed up on the next day when I was not home. He miss-measured my fence and redesigned the layout from what Chris and I had discussed. Thankfully, my neighbor was there and told me. I emailed Chris and he immediately responded and assured me he would get everything corrected. A week later the inside manager called me to inform me Chris just talked to him and he was going to put everything back to how Chris and I arranged. Then I did not hear anything for over a month so I called and talked to a lady who told me they had fixed my issue and the date they would be here to install. I never received a call or email about the install date so I am glad I called. She stopped me mid sentence to tell me my complaints were irrelevant because they had already addressed them. I corrected her and said if they have been corrected why did I have to call to find out my install date that you say I was already told?
  Good news is, the install team showed up with the correct materials and did and great job installing.
  
  Basically, the sales and install teams were great but those who handle the middle customer service were below acceptable. Think twice before calling Vinyl Concepts.
